In a nutshell
A Slice of my Life is my take on two teenagers, one husband and a whole slew of critters. Life around here is never boring!
Shaun (also referred to as my Beloved): Computer Nerd, WoW Geek and all around Nice Guy. (although sometimes I have to wonder if he's really just a 12 year old boy trapped in a 40 something year old man's body)
Kt-The Teenager: Our oldest daughter, college student, vegan, volunteer, high achiever with a goofy side.
Mimi-The Feisty Redhead: Still our baby girl, high school junior, Drama Queen, artistic and culinary inclined.
And then there’s me, Susan The one who adores them all! I hope you enjoy all the antics that go on in our little slice of the web.

Not So Foolish April

The Most Important Meal of the Day
“Hi Mom!” KT said as she came into the kitchen fresh from a shower. “What’s for breakfast?” “Breakfast?” I asked, “Um…how about coffee?” “Mo-o-o-o-o-o-m.” My daughter hadn’t even been home from college for a full day and already she expected … Continue reading
